Two XJT FO's looking for a third roommate in July for a minimum 6 month lease. We will be the first ever people to occupy this brand new house. The two of us are 30 yr old, single, wt males - no preference on our roommate.
The house is located in the Heights area, just 20 minutes from the employee lot. This is the area to be in for access to the bars/clubs, Rice U, memorial park, and good running trails/mountain biking, and golf.
