Who knows of good areas to live in CLE? Is Lakewood or the area north of I-90 (approaching the lake side) as nice an area as the realitor says it is?

If you are headed to CLE, I am looking to find a 4 or 5 BR place and turn it into a sort of clean/mature CP. I know classes following the current one have got to be headed to CLE since the 16 or so ahead of ya are bidding for IAH.
