Default Potential CLE Crashpad in prime location

There's a home for rent literally across the street from the employee parking lot in CLE. I called the guy to see if he'd rent it out to pilots as a crashpad and he said he'd be interested. He lived there with his family, but with the restaurant and the parking lot he decided to move his family. It's 3 bedrooms with 3 baths (one with a jacuzzi) and the basement was converted to office space. It sounds like a perfect crashpad if enough people would be interested. He'd like to get $1200 a month for it, and might be negoitable. At 2 to a bedroom and 2 in the basement it would only be $150 plus utilities. There's surely enough room for more, but I'm not sure how many might be interested. The location is prime as the house is nice and stop 1 of the employee lot is right across the street. Imagine getting a quick call from scheduling and going back to sleep for another 1.5 hours. If you might be interested drop me an e-mail at brobert93@yahoo.com. Also, the guy who owns it said you can contact him at 216-233-3321.

Default Update on CLE crashpad

The guy who owns the house for rent across from the employee lot has decided to open it up as a crashpad on an individual basis. This means that a group of people won't have to be gathered in order to make it affordable. He said you can contact him at 216-233-3321 for details and that the price will be $200 a month. He has never run a crashpad before, so it's all new to him. I have still not been inside, but he's putting together flyers and claims he's committed to making it a "quality place".
