I am looking for someone to take over a three month apartment lease (December-February) in Houston. The rent is $630 per month. The name of the complex is Lakeview Apartments. It is located near I-45 and FM1960 (15 minutes from IAH). 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 car garage with remote, washer and dryer, oudoor patio on first floor, 850sf. Complex has 24hour gym and pool located next to lake. Very nice area with many many restraunts and stores. The normal lease is for six months for $800 per month, or month to month for $1000 per month. This is the perfect opportunity for someone that is just moving to Houston and wants to look around before buying a house but does not want to sign a six month lease like I did!
