3 Bed, 2 Bath. 1200sf. In Kingwood (12 minutes to lot).

Master available October 1. $450/mo includes all utilities/cable/washer/dryer
2nd bedroom up for negotiations. $350/mo includes all the above.
3rd room occupied by Male commuter.

Only 3 people in house. Very clean. Large covered deck.

Just got the notice that my other renter is moving out end of October. Private room available. House to be shared with 2 other male pilots.

$300.00 for full-time occupant. Includes utilities.
