What's the most you'd pay for a cashpad and what conditions for it?

The reason I ask is I had a nice room when I commuted to Trans States in St. Charles, MO (across the river from STL, about 25 mins from the airport) and it was GREAT.

I paid $200 a month and had a queen bed, desk, closet, and no one else stayed in that room but me. 15 year old house, 2800ish square feet.

I'm thinking I might start a crashpad but a nicer one in a real quiet neighborhood, 45-50 mins from the employee lot at IAH, and 35 or so from Hobby.

Large two story house. I have an extra car I might give access to. And of course good TV, Internet, BBQ grill, beer fridge , etc.

Max two to a room I'm thinking.

Maid service possibly.

Hosted BBQ once a month.

A place you could bring your family for a few days if you wanted (space permitting), nothing too crazy going on. 2 car garage, close to the golf course.

So, roll call on price you'd pay and conditions for that price.

(And someone please buy my airplane so I can do this!)

Wow thats cheap Most places if you have a room to yourself its 350 or up. I was in a place where I had my own room and slept on an airbed, shared a bathroom and i paid 450/month. If you have multiple people in a room then I think the range is around 180 per person per month. If its just 2 people to a room then its like 250 or something. Hope that helps!
