For those of you that might commute out of MCI. I live in the Saint Joseph area and own a 3bedroom/2 bath house. I would like to rent one bedrooom out. Rent would be $400/mo, plus half utilities. You would have your own private bath, and garage space. I would much rather rent to a fellow pilot than some off the street-stranger. The neighborhood is quite, clean, and new (only 5 years old).
