I have a 3 bedroom house on Lake Conroe in Cape Conroe subdivision. Located right off of Hwy 105, before Walden Rd.
The house is right on the lake, with a hottub on the deck, firepit, and dock!

$475/mo + 1/3 of Electric. ( cable, high-speed wireless internet, and other utilities are included!)

Location is great!, just down the road from Papa's on the Lake, Eldorado Jack's, etc......takes about 45 - 50 min. to crew lot.

It's a great time of year to be on the lake fishing or wakeboarding, or just chillin in the hot tub!

Starting to warm up a little on the lake and getting close to wakeboarding/wakesurfing season! It's time for me to start winding down the maintenance/updating projects on the house and think about getting out on the water! If anyone is interested in enjoying summer on the lake, then don't miss this opportunity!!
Del Lago resort is in the process of being completely renovated right now and also, a new retail shopping area complete with a starbucks (all accessable by boat) is under construction right down the road!
If you have a Ski/Wakeboard boat, I will move my fishing boat out of the lift so you can have access right here in the back yard!!
I would really like to rent to one of my co-workers rather than some random person from craigslist!
