IAH Kingwood room for rent $375

Why do the crashpad thing? I have a house in a really nice area of Kingwood. I have a room for rent for $375 per month, we share electic, all other utilities are included, washer and dryer, phone, internet...etc. Plenty of storage space in the garage. 20 - 25 minutes to the employee lot. You will have your own furnished bedroom and bathroom. I am the only other person living there, so it will be very quiet. I'm a very clean, quiet, respectful, and fun guy. I am looking for anyone who is the same and around my same age...26. Term is month to month. Call me for more info!!!
