Looking for someone to take over the lease on my place in Irvine as I am moving to PHX. It is a brand new 1 BR apartment, I am the first person who has lived in it. It is located in an immaculate gated community that has 4 large pools, 4 gyms, a theater, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, game room, starbucks and java juice on property, and even elevators to get up to the apartment. The community is right across the street from the Irvine Spectrum Center which is a large outdoor shopping area with plenty of restaurants and bars. Irvine is only 15 minutes from Laguna and Newport Beaches. It is a 45 minute drive to ONT or LAX when it isn't rush hour. Rent is $1515 per month and the lease is up in May. PM me if interested.
