I have a home in the Kingwood area. It's about 20 minutes NE of the airport. Rent is $300 per month for your own bedroom. Only one other roommate to share bathroom with. Rent includes all utilities, cable, internet. Available starting October 1st!!! You'll feel great about calling this place home!!! I do have a small dog who will live there also. I don't think there is public transportation near by. It would be best to have your own car.
