I have a room for rent in my NE houston 4 bd house. Its about 10-15 minutes from the employee lot. There is plenty of shopping/food nearby or the mall is about 5 min away. The room comes with a full size bed. The bathroom is shared with another roommate who is not here very often. The house is on a quiet street here's what the room comes with:
