The same manager is over several properties around the Bergen Point area of Bayonne... all served by the hourly van to the airport. There are several fairly nice places... buildings 212 - 214. It depends which are available. There are 2 guys in mine transferring to Houston in December.

This one has 8 people in 2 bedrooms. Metal bunkbeds. The rent plus utilities (which are divided up among the tenants and included in the rent) comes to around $270.00 per month. From what people say about the other crash pads (The Swan, Blocked Inn, etc.) this seems to be the nicest.

Laundromat, dry cleaners, post office, grocery all within walking distance. Steve is the main manager. Call them at 201-339-3910 during the week or on Saturday sometimes.
