A buddy and myself are looking to rent an apartment in the burbank area. An additional person or two would definately help in cutting down the rent. We have noticed that 3 bedrooms are less expensive per person than 2 bedrooms, and 4 bedrooms even less. The apartment doesnt have to be in burbank, but we would prefer to keep it in the 'North Hollywood' area. The Valley is less than an 90 minutes to both LAX and ONT. If you are interested in moving in around the beginning of August please let me know, that is when we plan on signing the lease. We are looking to spend 500-750 a month on rent.
