I am buying a house and will have one room for rent starting Aug 1 when I get possession of the house. You would get your own bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet. There are two extra bedrooms, but I am not sure what bedroom the other person already wants. House is located about 5 mins from downtown and about 20-25 mins to the parking lot. Brand new house in the Rice Military area. Must bring your own furniture for the bedroom, everything else is furnished. Here are somethings that the house will include:

Fully furnished living room
Fully stocked kitchen(get your own food)
Washer and Dryer
Possibly a spot in the garage depending on schedules.
This is open to guys or girls, pilots or FA's, but you must be clean. The other person besides myself is a pilot as well.
Cost is 650+utilities(estimating at around 150 a month)
I would like a 1 year commitment. Apartments in this area run anywhere from 800 for a 1 bedroom to over 2000 for a 2 bedroom and they are not anywhere near as nice as this house. PM me if interested and I will give you more details.
