We had planned to be open June 1 but at the last minute lost the place we were going to rent. We have all the furniture and everything is ready to go so hopefully by June 15th we will be operational.
Here is what we have planned:
Exercise Room - treadmill, bike and weights
Assigned Bunks - no hot beds
All Pilots if possible
Two TV areas - one big screen with cable and at least one movie channel
Hi Speed internet wireless with a house computer to check email
On direct bus line to airport so with in 20 to 30 minutes of airport with public trans
We will have house policies to help everyone live together happily
Assigned storage area in kitchen for each person

just rented a place today so will be open June 8th. It is on the corner of Miliken and 4th so right on the bus route that is direct to the airport plus there are two hotels within a block that have airport shuttle service.
there are two dozen places to eat within two blocks.
