Default LAX Crashpad

I'm looking to see how many people would be interested in a crashpad in LAX. I know of an apartment complex behind the Hacienda Hotel that shuttle drivers will take you too, is close to cleaners, resturants, and grocery stores. They rent 3 BR apartments month to month and a few ASA guys told me it's great for crashpaders. My best estimate is that if we could get 9 guys rent would be 220 ish a-month. From what I understand LAX may be pretty tough for commuters so let me know if you would be interested. Thanks!

For an idea on location here is a link to where the Hacienda is: One Mile from LAX, One Mile from Beach, 24-Hour Free LAX Shuttle, El Segundo, Hotel Reservations

I didn't get any replies so I stoped following up with the guy, I'm working on getting back to him as it looks like there will be a need for crashpads down there. If you're interested PM as we are making a list of LAX people in need of a pad.

More info: Large 3 bed, 2 bath coutyard apartment.
Three minnute ride to the terminal
2000/month, if we could get 9 guys in there we could work it out to under 250 a person a month.

This is what the guy we would be taking it from said:

"Great place that is behind the HAcienda hotel. Literally 100 yards from the back entrance of the lobby. We all use the Hacienda shuttle, the drivers treat us great, they have all workd there for years and loads of crews live in the apts back there. It is about 3 mins to the airport. No car needed. Lots of restaurants, a stick and stein for cables sports, a starbucks a cleaners and a Ralphs Grocery across the street. a park in the back yard. It is a large 3 bedroom. We have 9 guys in there now and it works great. Rent is $2000 which is about 220 per person and water garbage is paid...electric runs 15 a month. It's month to month and thae gal who leases it is great. She loves pilots and just needs the names to switch people in and out as you see fit."

If you are willing to make this a coed crashpad I know about 6 FA's that would be more than happy to go in on this.

You could take one room and one bathroom and make it a female area. Put two bunks in that one room and you have room for 6 to rent that area.

I also know of a male FA that would want to go in on this too. That is 7 people right there. If you already have some people set up rent could be even cheaper.......

If you are interested in this give my wife a call
