Is this the place with 30 beds and one bathroom?

Sorry it took so long to reply. Been busy. Yes we only have 1 and half baths and yes we have 31 beds. Between people on off days and people on trips we only have between 4 and 8 people in the house at a time. It is really very comfortable and there are no conflicts of schedule. We have lots of stuff to do and the one and half baths we do have are always fully stocked by us and very clean.
