I have a 3 bedroom house on Lake Conroe that I'm going to rent. Located on a great open water lot. Great open floor plan for parties etc. Includes use of dock and electric boat/jetski lift. We're planning on doing a total rehab in a year or two and just looking for a little income until then. Homes like this rent for $3500-$4500/Mo. If we can get a lease signed in the next month or two we'll let it go for $2100/Mo. If signed after Feb. 1st the price is $2700/Mo. and $3200/Mo. after of May 1st.
We don't care how people occupy the property. Could be a great party place for a bunch of guys/gals. Great location on southeast side of lake. 45 min. - 1hr to employee lot depending on traffic.
I'm willing to sign multiple leases on a room by room basis so no one person would be responsible for entire lease.
