No, they are brand new right from Bose. If you want pictures, I can email them to you. This is simply a brand new set of 2007 headsets for $240 less than retail with no head or ear grease, never ever used. I just need the cash.

I don't see why not, they are new from bose, and they have a new warranty registration card that the new owner can fill out.
