Like I said before, it all depends on the circumstances. C sections should be considered, for the most part, an emergency procedure. I was just talking about instances where doctors perform c sections just because of their convinience. Anyways, if you give birth at a hospital, you will more than like sign some papers that says something to the effect that you cant sue them.
