Don't lump Christians and Muslims together? I hate to break it to you champ but there have been 2000 years of those to parties interacting. What form of religious history due you follow? Here's a prime example of Christians loving their Muslim brothers...

It seems most folks aren't as well versed in other religions as they portray themselves to be. Spend some time looking at them and you'd see that there are more similarities in Islam, Christianity and Judaism than some are willing to believe, they are all Abrahamic Religions. Of course 2000+ years of fighting and killing have been waged over how each group basically believes the same thing but how they interpret the details differently. How's that for organized religion?
Here's a good place to start:

Go back and carefully re-read my post. The
foundations of the two religions (their history) are quite different. Their relationship since their foundations are surely chaotic.
By the way, there has NOT been 2000 years of the two interacting. What do you base that on? Use another source other than Wikipedi..it is flawed.
I have studied Islam and was raised Catholic.
