We ARE off the street hires! How about this - you can bring us over in a ratio as long as we get seniority numbers ahead of anyone who is non-express off the street. And the second one non-express off the street pilot starts training at CAL, one express PIG starts building seniority.
And why is there a consideration for how many pilots XJT can lose every month? It's a different airline, remember? If I get hired off the street by Southwest are they going to call XJT and make sure they can afford to lose me? I don't think so!
Okay, I'm done venting - time to get back to not working.
