Answer from Jumpseat Coordinator:
Yup on Air Canada.........call and ask to be listed for the jumpseat....I'm not sure of the number, their captains need to have you listed in order to have the proper paperwork.
As far as other carriers everyone except American should take you. You will still need to pay the departure taxes.
