My advice is to make sure you answer all of the questions completely and give any and all information requested. When I got the email it said to include the reference number (or something) if I had it. I didn't, so I just responded to the other requests. I didn't hear anything for like a week, then I decided to call XJT offices and see if I could retrieve the ref number. I emailed Jamie with the number and got a reply with an interview date the next day. Maybe just coincidince, maybe not, but they were VERY particular about how your paperwork was presented on interview day, even to the point of excusing one applicant who didn't have things just as they wanted.
