Well let's just agree to disagree. Immediately calling CS is a good idea, but does not mean you will immediately get through, I actually do call, but refuse to spend an hour on hold when I have to get up in five hours. The way I see it, they screwed up and I am trying to bring it to their attention, but they won't answer the phone to let me do that.
