Bushing are a problem in general on the 145s. It is not uncommon to have aileron, speed brake/spoiler, rudder (until the spring mod) engine yokes, doors, quadrants, just about anything that has bushing in it to be migrated out of place at some point in time. The good news is, on the flight controls they can't come out past the washers on the bolts and we are finally getting some better fixes then just put it back in the hole with some sealant. We are required to measure the hole and replace the bushing and the fittings if they are not in tolerance. Now if we could just find a fix for the adjustment on the pilots seat armrest that keeps getting stuck we would really be doing something.:-D
