On the apps you've filled out, who did you put for your supervisor? Did you use your base chief pilot, or did you put GS, as the company CP, or someone else? And did you list a phone number for them, or just make a reference to the Work Number (shown above)? Also, I can't actually find a phone number for the work number on their site - is it an internet-based service only? And did you then just list the website instead of a phone number?
