As for you other guys at Express, I wish each and everyone of you good luck! I truly enjoyed my job at Express and it really sucks to see what is going on there, If any of you get the chance to come to SWA don't even hesitate. My first year I make just about what I was when I left as a 8yr capt. Second yr pay you make more than that 8yr capt pay at Express (almost there thank god). I paid for my type and have no regrets I'd do it again without blinking and at the time I left Express was in good shape. Get the type and get out if you can.
