Lets say XJT magically is able to stay in business as an independent company, to make this happen branded will still have to go and with it the pilots. This is the same amount of pilots gone if you agree to the SkyWest deal. BUT now you will also loose more pilots when CO pulls the next 51 and the rest will loose their jobs when CO is done using XJT in 2012 (2012 right??)
Now if the SkyWest deal goes through of course the most Jr pilots are gone but that would have happened anyways. The pilots that are left know that for the next 10yrs they will have a 205 plane CPA with CO.
Sounds like an easy choice to me!

Except, CAL can look at the CPA every year and go else where. That isn't a 10-year deal!
They can also take 5 aircraft from us a MONTH without the pilots! We would be gone in 4 years!
