Not to get into a rate argument but looking at your rates on APC, you guys get paid the same or less on the CR7/9 as we do on the E145 until about year 11, and that goes to year 15 after we get our increase 12/1/08. That also includes your wopping 1% increase at the beginning of the new year. Your CR2 rates are only higher this year after year 18(our max) and as of 12/1 not until year 20.
We all know there is more to a contract than just the rates, but that is a good place to start. And I won't go into the difference between an actual contract and a management imposed agreement.
