Contractually the two pairings should be counted separately (i.e. full ARC credit and full trip credit). They are two separate assignments, as that trip could not have been contractually given during ARC. You sat the full ARC time, THEN took a trip.
Also, reference the Airport Standby section of the contract:

While you did ARC before the flight assignment in your case, I think the spirit of the rule would apply to either case. But, don't go off of what I say. Contact xjtcompliance.
