I know it's very late notice to attempt this, but maybe those of us who are participating could get their friends in the company or family members to sponsor them??
We could turn this into a nice little fund raiser and actually get a meaningful amount of money together if each guy who participates could get 10 people to sponsor him for 10 bucks each, with the money going to the Miller family...
If there's 20 of us in the competition, then that'd be 2000 bucks... not too shabby.
I personally wouldn't need any financial incentive for being in it... I think it'd be a lot of fun, and being able to give some money to a worthy cause would be enough motivation for me.
