Now I am
not trying to start another argument here but I am curious what people use to determine attrition numbers. I usually check my AdOpt number and compare it to what it said the previous month. Between the last two months I moved up 38 numbers, company-wide. By this method, any particular base had to have been less than 40 numbers and that is not even close to 70-80 company-wide attrition. We'd be losing 800 this year at that rate.
Just wondering what people use to figure out a number. I figured AdOpt was the most accurate and I usually see 20-40 a month on there.
