I agree, upgrades needed to happen months ago. We lost more captains just last month than then entire next upgrade class will amount to. Day by day the left seat becomes more unstaffed here.

As for flame bait, same thing I replied to Dirt Bag. I was asking a question. I did not at all state that the e-mail was a fact, I clearly was asking something and looking for answers. Nowhere in my post does it say that interviews have stopped for sure. Classes most likely have not and that's probably the false portion of what is actually going to occur: interviews done for a while, classes for those in the pool on schedule.
