Take over my lease in San Antonio... 3/2 for $899/month!!!!
My wife and I are moving to Detroit and we need a person or persons to take over our lease. We live in a 3/2 in the Stone Oak Area of San Antonio. Our apartment complex is just over 1 year old and the our apartment is 1411 sq. feet. Contact me if interested....it would make a great family apartment or crash pad. The lease ends on November 30, 2008 and rent is $1035 but I'll give it to you for $899/month! Market rent is around $1500 ....so it's a very good deal!
