If so... log on and click on "Transitional Intranet" on the left. Followed by clicking the "Manuals" button across the top. That will bring you to the Master Manual Website where you can click on the "Flight Ops" dropdown menu and go all the way to the bottom for "Pilot Training Manuals" then "Student".

That will allow you do download the entire New Hire Training Folder and the flows are towards the end.

Try that first... If all of that fails or you can't yet log into XJT.com... then just PM me your e-mail address and I'll forward you a copy of the PDF.
