Thank you for your interest in the crashpad. The crash pad is a six bedroom, 3 bathroom house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are NOT located in Greenspointe. Most of the time you will only find 2-4 people in the residence at a time.
Where are we located at?
We are located at 814 North Vista Drive in Houston, TX 77073. If coming out of the airport go south to beltway 8 west, then I-45 North(Dallas) to the second exit Richey road. Turn right a few blocks down is the light at Imperial Valley, turn left and about four streets down on your left will be North Vista Drive. We are located near the 8L approach path, you rarely hear the traffic.
What is around us?
Well the employee lot is only 15-18 minutes away (mostly freeway). There are many restaurants and shopping opportunities around.
What will you be provided at the crashpad?

Who stays at the crashpad?
Currently I have only male pilots, any airline is welcome. There are Continental, ExpressJet, Chitiqua and Southwest pilots that have stayed here. I am open to other divisions of the airline world, i.e.: maintenance, instructors. Reserve pilots are welcome.
Terms of stay

Month to month lease (typical stay usually 8-12 days a month, this is flexible. I require first and last month rent payment (the last months payment is a security deposit) I will make payment arrangements to collect the security deposit if you cant afford it all at once.
Prices are:
$ 175.00 Month Shared room (4 to master bedroom with master bath)
$ 195.00 Month Shared room (Only 2 people per room)
$ 295.00 Month Private Room
Monthly full time tenants

Just a side note about the crashpad. I have usually only 1 or 2 person turnover a month (mostly from base trades). If I dont have the type of room you would like I encourage you to take one of the other rooms for a month or two. I say this because when I have an opening I always offer the change of rooms to my current tenants first, before advertizing it. The only way you can be sure to get the room you want is to be here.
