Thats why I put this together, We end up hearing the "I wish someone told me about this stuff before the first week" a lot. There is a bit of a disconnect between when you are hired and when you arrive. As I said most folks really don't hear all the other stuff.
The training department is working on the "welcome, do this stuff letter" but until then this is the basis of the "O crud Im behind" speech you will get the second or 3rd day. We see it time and time again, remember training will not hold your hand they will only lead the way. It's up to you to grab hold of the rope when it comes by. Some folks grab it quickly some are barely hangin on!
Study just what I told you, and you will be golden. DO NOT STUDY THE GOUGES!!!!! If you dont have it 100% no big deal, but this is the stuff you will HAVE to know!!! No if's and's or but's!
