On CCS, go to schedule, then pairing information, and enter the pairing number, the date the pairing started, you class and scheduled or actual times. Keep in mind the actual times are bag door times and may be off a min or 2 from what's in your red book. A lot of guys use this to keep track of their times. Pilot Logbook - Home It provides your pairings with times, a/c types and N numbers, and fills out most columns automatically. Just keep track of your conditions of flight. (i.e. night, actual) Usually painless. Every now and then based on some small computer snafu it may put in something that's not correct, like a leg you did not fly.
