I think you start with a pay claim on CCS if your MMG is showing zero for the month of july. (assuming your on the coex side, but probably, if your in my buddies shoes, you don't have a base yet--correct?)
I'm assuming that payroll is only going to pay on what the training center told them, so if its zero (and it shouldn't) then that's why you were not paid, probably...
Did you go on Xtend via ESS on
www.xjt.com to check on your pay stub? Does it have a wage amount on it?
If you need login info you should see a number at the bottom for the help desk, they can get you set up if you need help.
you may want to get these answers before you email payroll (email address can be found once you log into xjt.com (that way then they say submit a payclaim you already have and can provide the number)

Also an email to
xjtcomplaince@alpa.org might be inorder AFTER you get a response from the company (payroll or through the pay claim process)

And one last thing, read up on Section 3.M on the contract about getting any money owed to you, if its over 100 bucks demand it to be overnighted, its your money.
