You are in for a vacation! It is not nearly as ridiculous as ACA's training was. XJT teaches only what you need to know. You do not have to prove you could rebuild the aircraft from scratch. It is a much more accelerated course too, about 7 weeks total. I don't know how long the DoJet training took for you guys but the CRJ program for me was 3 months long.

I am in Sims now. My partner/ roomy came from the DoJet and we both are breezing through the Sims. Same avionics (but older version in the ERJ) as the DoJet and same FMS. This will be a huge plus for you DoJet guys. For me, coming from the CRJ, the aircraft flies VERY similarly (e.g. V1 cuts, crosswind T.O. and landings feel exactly the same). I would plan on going home every single weekend or other breaks of 2 or more days off, trust me. The hotel is great. Lots of fun to be had here, it is like a coed college dorm. Flight attendants, CS, Mechanics, and others from XJT as well as Mainline. Free breakfast, mall nearby, wooded running trail, sand volleyball court, basketball, tennis courts, gym and a pool.

Don't sweat the GOS and Systems tests. I scored in the high 90's. Just to give an example of how laid back and not as in-depth they are here. Exemption 3585, we spent about 8 hours on it there or equivalent to one entire day on that **** thing. Here at XJT, we spent 15 mins total. Good news is you won't have to study it like the rest of the class. You will be able to spend your time studying with and helping your classmates understand it.
Just know the memory items and limitations (should take about 2 hours to get them down cold) and have a basic understanding of the flows.

I hope you kept your Jepp binders. You will need two of them for your charts as well. They do not provide them.

Hope this helps?
